Once a web development project has started, we do not offer refunds for any services provided. By agreeing to our services, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

2. Service and Modifications

After the completion of your web development project, we offer 6 months of free service and modifications. This includes:

  • Bug fixes and minor adjustments to the website’s functionality.
  • Design tweaks or content updates.
  • Technical support for any issues related to the website performance.

Requests for modifications or support must be submitted within 6 months from the project completion date. After this period, additional support or changes may incur extra charges.

3. Scope of Modifications

The 6-month service covers the following types of modifications:

  • Fixing errors or issues with the website functionality.
  • Adjusting content, such as text, images, and videos.
  • Making minor design adjustments (e.g., layout changes).

Major redesigns or new feature development may require a separate agreement and additional charges.

4. Process for Service and Modifications

If you need support or modifications, please contact our customer support team at support@web3workstore.com. Provide details about the issue or request, and we will address it as soon as possible.

5. Exclusions from Service

Our 6-month service and modification period does not cover:

  • Major updates or redesigns of the website.
  • Changes requested due to external factors, such as third-party software or hosting issues.
  • Content or design changes beyond what was originally agreed upon in the project scope.

6. Termination of Services

If you choose to terminate our services before the completion of the project, no refunds will be issued. You will be charged for the work completed up until the point of termination.

7. Late or Missing Support Requests

If you request support or modifications after the 6-month service period has ended, these will be subject to additional charges. Please ensure that you submit requests for service or changes within the support window to avoid extra fees.

8. Right to Modify Policy
